What is a hog barn?

Hog barns are specialized agricultural facilities designed for housing and raising pigs, also known as hogs, for meat production. These barns provide a controlled environment to ensure the health, safety, and efficient growth of the animals. Hog barns typically include systems for feeding, watering, ventilation, waste management, and temperature control. Modern hog barns are designed to improve animal welfare and productivity while also minimizing environmental impact.
