Brand Coordinator, Hobby
The Hobby Brand Coordinator will support the execution of a variety of consumer-facing events, retail activations, and fan experiences within the Hobby Department. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and sales to coordinate event initiatives from concept through execution and post-event analysis.
The Brand Coordinator will provide ongoing support across event planning, product coordination, data tracking, and promotional activities, while contributing to a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to build foundational experience across event execution, product planning, and performance analysis, with potential for growth into expanded responsibilities over time.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Support the planning and execution of consumer-facing events and B2C activations.
  • Coordinate event readiness including materials, displays, and workshop logistics.
  • Assist with onsite event execution to ensure smooth delivery and operations.
  • Track and maintain event sales performance and reporting.
  • Prepare product pull lists and offer sheets aligned with sales goals and target audiences.
  • Support product assortment planning based on performance trends and event requirements.
  • Coordinate submission and tracking of licensor approvals.
  • Manage and track display samples for events and retail locations.
  • Coordinate materials and items required for workshops and activations.
  • Prepare surveys for event use and support analysis of customer feedback and results post-event.
  • Organize and maintain sales and event data in clear, actionable formats.
  • Support development of insights to improve future event performance.
  • Coordinate online and offline promotional content with internal teams and overseas partners.
  • Support fan/community programs and in-store promotional initiatives.
  • Provide support for trade shows, roadshows, and sales meeting preparation.
  • Assist with English copywriting and content coordination as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
