For over three decades, LaTrelle's has raised the expectations of restaurant-goers inside America's largest and busiest airports, cities, and sports and entertainment venues. Like our menus, our diverse portfolio of restaurants offers a carefully curated selection of beloved local flavors, as well as national favorites.
LaTrelle's Management is proud to own and operate the first The Rustic airport location and is seeking a Host for this Texas favorite restaurant and bar at Hobby Airport.
Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will manage guest relations and support the overall hospitality experience. Must have a salesperson mentality, as tips are an opportunity. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Greeting guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
  • Assist with menu inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a timely delivery service.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and customer relations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
