The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Strategy Manager, you will lead sourcing initiatives, optimize supply performance, and collaborate across operations, engineering, finance, and supplier networks to create sustainable business value. This is an opportunity to influence key decisions, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team focused on operational excellence.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data-driven insights to improve supply reliability, reduce risk, and deliver measurable business results. How you'll make an impact

  • Lead strategic sourcing activities to ensure material availability, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and factory objectives.

  • Partner with suppliers to improve performance, strengthen relationships, and resolve critical issues.

  • Drive supplier qualification, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze demand, supply, and spend data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Champion cost reduction, cost avoidance, and risk mitigation projects across the organization.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of supply chain, purchasing, planning, or procurement experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

  • Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred: CPSM or PMP certification, SAP experience, Power BI knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
