In the role of Miller Brewery Tour Guide- Part Time working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Guest Relations Team. You will provide great customer service to our guests ensuring a positive, informative, and quality guest experience. We are open Thursday-Monday, and you will be scheduled for up to 24 hours a week during those days. 
 
You will conduct public and private walking tours of the Miller Brewery and historic buildings on the Milwaukee Campus. You will share informative and entertaining insights into brewery operations and history while connecting with guests throughout the tour. Successful candidates will consistently maintain and provide a safe customer experience in accordance with all MCBC safety protocols. This position reports to the Tour Operations Supervisor.
 
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • You utilize strong customer service skills to provide an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • You possess the ability to work well in a diverse, team-oriented environment with strong communication skills. 
  • You can handle moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing/sitting for extended periods of time and/or significant walking & climbing of stairs daily. 
  • You have strong organizational and time-management skills.
