Why the Warehouse Associate role is important for Bright:  

The Warehouse Associate is part of the team behind the scenes that makes memorable moments come to life.  As a Warehouse Associate, you actively participate in executing daily tasks in our warehouse operations.  The Warehouse Associate ensures the work area is organized and clean to meet Bright's operational standards.  Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned to support projects and other departments.  

About You: 

  • Warehouse, logistics, or similar experience preferred 
  • Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods, and safety compliance 
  • Ability to lift heavy objects 
  • Forklift driving is a plus 
  • Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to "jump in and roll up his/her sleeves" to help others. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and paying attention to detail. 

Your Contributions to the Bright Team: 

  • Support departments as needed, but not limited to chairs, dish, laundry, tenting, and kitchen  
  • Stacking, cleaning, organizing inventory items on a pallet, and moving them to different locations 
  • Pull and stage inventory from the warehouse for outgoing orders 
  • Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned and organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by yourself and your team members. 
  • Promotes a clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations 
  • Verification of counts, sorting, and stock inventory in the proper location 

Physical Demands and Abilities:  

  • Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.  
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation 
  • Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach 
  • Use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking, and/or reaching on a frequent basis. 
  • Operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment to move large quantities of inventory 
  • Pulling and pushing a pallet jack up to 100lbs 
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
