We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dental Assistant to become a vital part of our clinical team. In this role, you will do more than just assist chairside; you will be an essential driver of clinic efficiency and patient comfort. Registered Dental Assistant

Clinical Assisting: Provide expert four-handed chairside assistance during general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and implant procedures.
Imaging & Technology: Operate advanced medical imaging equipment, including digital X-rays and 3D intraoral scanners, ensuring high-quality image acquisition.
Sterilization & Safety: Uphold rigorous infection control standards by autoclaving instruments, disinfecting treatment rooms, and managing dental waste disposal.
Patient Care: Greet patients, take vital signs, explain procedures with empathy, and manage patient flow to ensure a seamless visit.
Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate patient charting and records management using Dentrix, ensuring strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Administrative Support: Collaborate with the front office on medical scheduling and patient check-in/out procedures to optimize office workflow.

Part-time $20 - $29 per hour

Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and operate medical imaging equipment and dental software (Dentrix).
Clinical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of dental terminology and basic infection control protocols.
Reliability: A dependable team player with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
Experience Level: Entry-level candidates are welcome; we provide training for the right individual.

Experience: One year of previous chairside assisting experience.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or surgical assisting (implants).
Software: Prior proficiency in Dentrix or equivalent Electronic Health Records (EHR) management.
