Now Hiring: Landscape & Hardscape Crew Lead

JBโ€™s Landscapes and Lawn Care is growing, and weโ€™re looking for a Landscape Crew Lead to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can lead a crew with confidence and professionalism.

About the Role

As a Landscape Crew Lead, youโ€™ll be responsible for overseeing daily landscape installation projects while leading and supporting your crew in the field. Youโ€™ll work directly with our operations team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to JBโ€™s quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and managing a landscape crew on daily job sites

  • Installation of retaining walls (segmental/block systems), paver patios, walkways, steps, and edging, fire pits, seating walls, and outdoor living features, grading and drainage solutions (swales, corrections, downspouts) as well as softscape installations including trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, and decorative rock

  • Ensuring job sites are completed correctly, safely, and on schedule

  • Communicating professionally with customers when needed

  • Maintaining equipment and keeping trucks and trailers organized

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Prior professional landscaping installation experience required

  • Hardscape experience strongly preferred

  • Crew leadership experience a plus

  • Valid driverโ€™s license required

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Great attitude and customer service mindset
