Job description

We're hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our Washington North Maintenance Division. This role is handson and leadershipfocused. If you are someone who enjoys leading a crew, working outdoors, and delivering highquality commercial landscape maintenance this might be the role for you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, cleanups, and irrigation checks
  • Train crew members on proper techniques, safety, and equipment use
  • Safely operate and transport company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, account managers, and clients as needed
  • Complete daily paperwork including timecards and work orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a crew preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs+ frequently and perform physically demanding outdoor work
  • Dependable, safetyfocused, and teamoriented
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
