Job description

We're actively hiring OTR Company Drivers NOW!

DeWitt Transportation LLC is a small, refrigerated fleet currently operating 65 trucks mostly east of I-25. The company is owned and operated by Tim DeWitt, a former driver with over 3.5 million miles on the road since 1997. We obtained federal operating authority in 2008 with one truck driven by Tim and started building a fleet in early 2019. Our idea of offering guaranteed pay to drivers is Tim's idea of taking away what he always thought of as the worst part of driving a truck… the unpredictable income from week to week that comes with pay per mile or percentage-based pay.

  • Guaranteed Pay for All Time on the Road
    • $1,400 / week starting pay based on experience AND work history.
    • 90-day performance-based review, potential raise of $1,600.

  • 401k with employer matching 100% of first 4% of driver contribution
  • Paid weekly on a W-2 via direct deposit
  • Company pays 25% of Health Care premium at 90 days
  • Flexible home time based on 1.5 days home per week worked
    • 3 weeks out = 4 ½ - 5 days home
    • 4 weeks out = 6 – 7 days home
    • 5 weeks out = 8 - 9 days home
  • 50% or more drop and hook
  • NO drivers unload EVER
  • No NYC, majority of miles east of I-25, no chaining up in winter
  • 2019 - 2023 Cascadias with DD15 / DT-12 powertrains
    • 72” double bunk sleepers… APU's…Refrigerators/freezers… 1,500-Watt inverters
    • Trucks equipped with EZ Pass / Best Pass and PrePass
  • Hiring in the following states: AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX
  • Minimum Requirements
    • Must have a valid Class A CDL
    • Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
    • Current DOT physical
