Job description

Our client is looking to fill the role of Sr. Clinical Research Associate.
  • Hourly: $80-90 per hour, dependent on experience
  • Base location - Western Canada
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and manage clinical site monitoring activities.
  • Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and study closeout visits.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites.
  • Identify and resolve site issues while supporting study timelines and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4-6yrs experience as a CRA within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
  • Experience monitoring clinical trials PI-IV.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and GCP guidelines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory within Western Canada or throughout Canada as needed.
