THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

  • Provides direct care support by performing caregiving and med tech duties to meet staffing plan requirements
  • Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providers
  • Cover open shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygieneย 
  • Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning residentโ€™s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
