Job description

Title:ย Director of Administration

Location:ย Fargo, ND (hybrid โ€” mix of remote + inโ€‘person)

Type:ย Fullโ€‘time

Compensation:ย $55,000 - $70,000 starting salary (based on experience) + bonus potential + benefits

About Us:

Hospitality Management & Integration (HMI) manages 5+ restaurants across multiple brands. Weโ€™re seeking a detail-oriented, financially savvy Director of Administration who can keep our systems sharp and our numbers cleanโ€”so leadership can focus on growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Process invoices, track vendor payments and help maintain accurate financial records with our accounting partner Quatrro.
  • Coordinate payroll and employee onboarding through Workstream and Toast.
  • Manage HR records, PTO tracking, benefits, and HR compliance.
  • Provide leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that drive decision-making.
  • Conduct light data analysis, market research, hiring funnel tracking and help create internal systems.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in operations, HR, accounting, or administrative leadership. (or equivalent combination)
  • Strong financial understanding โ€“ you know how invoices flow into P&Ls.
  • High comfort and proficiency with AI & Microsoft Suite. (Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)
  • Organized, detail-driven and proactive communicator.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Growth-minded โ€“ interested in future leadership and opportunities.
