Job description

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional flatbed fleet transporting plastic construction products and industrial building materials throughout the eastern United States.

If you're looking for consistent miles, dedicated freight, no tarping, and specialized equipment, this is an excellent opportunity. No previous Conestoga experience is required—training is available.

Pay & Compensation

Weekly earnings are based on experience and average weekly miles (2,500–3,100 miles).

0–1 Years Experience

  • $0.50–$0.52 CPM
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,250–$1,612

1–3 Years Experience

  • $0.52–$0.54 CPM
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,674

3+ Years Experience

  • $0.54–$0.60 CPM
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,350–$1,860

Additional Compensation:

  • $75 Securement Pay for every secured load
  • Hub-to-hub mileage pay
  • Average 2,500–3,100 miles per week
