Job description

The Springs Events is seeking a part-time employee to work as a wedding DJ in the greater Houston area. The Springs is one of the largest Wedding/Event Venue companies in Texas. The ideal candidates will be providing DJ services for up to 6 Springs location including 10 venues around the greater Houston area. All training and equipment provided!

  • Minimum 3-5 Years of DJ & WEDDING Experience a must!


Objective:

To provide exceptional DJ services while optimizing the entire event experience through exemplary customer service.


Job responsibilities:

  • Providing DJ services during wedding ceremony and reception
  • Serves as Emcee or Master of Ceremonies
  • Making announcements as appropriate in front of large groups of people (Training provided!)
  • Arrival/prep time 2 hrs. prior to Ceremony start time for equipment set up.
  • Breakdown of DJ equipment post event
  • Prepare and review Event details the day prior to Event
  • Provide AMAZING customer service


Requirements & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 Years of DJ & WEDDING Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service
  • Spanish Speaking ispreferred but not required
  • Flexibility to work both weekdays & weekends
  • Familiarity of all music genres a plus but not required
  • Proficient Mic work and ability to speak in front of large crowds
  • Knowledge of DJ equipment with ability to setup & teardown
  • Computer / internet access required for communication with clients (Remote, from home)
  • Reliable Transportation
