Position Responsibilities:
Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area to meet and exceed business plan. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of Inbound and/or Outbound operations. Identify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to reduce potential risks. Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key controls. Manage and lead a team of Operations and Area Managers to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. Coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $135,000/year to $182,700/year.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment; (2) experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics; (3) experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination; and (4) experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives.#0000
