Job description


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various ballroom dance styles and a passion for teaching and inspiring students. As a Ballroom Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dance instruction, creating engaging choreography, and fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
• Teach ballroom dancestyles including waltz, tango, foxtrot, cha-cha, rumba, and more.
• Provide individualand group dance lessons to students of all skill levels.
• Create and teachchoreography for performances, competitions, and social events.
• Offer constructivefeedback and personalized instruction to help students improve.
• Build rapport withstudents and maintain a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Demonstrate dancetechniques clearly and effectively.
• Maintainprofessionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all interactions.
• Collaborate withother instructors and studio staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Participate instudio events, showcases, and promotional activities as needed.
Requirements
• Extensive experienceand proficiency in various ballroom dance styles.
