Job description

Hillcroft Services is hiring a Fundraising & Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor outreach, fundraising campaigns, and community partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, energetic, comfortable building relationships and making direct fundraising asks.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns, annual appeals, and fundraising events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Support sponsorship, grant, and in-kind giving opportunities.
  • Prepare donor communications, acknowledgments, and fundraising materials.
  • Maintain accurate donor records and provide progress updates to leadership.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of fundraising, development, donor relations, or related experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and represent Hillcroft professionally in the community.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
