Our milling crew is hiring a CDL A operator.

Schedule
Long days or nights, including weekends and occasional overnight travel based on project needs and weather.
What You'll Do
  • Operate heavy highway construction equipment safely
  • Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
  • Haul equipment to job sites
  • Assist with tools, labor, and site cleanup
  • Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings

What You Bring
  • Valid Class A CDL with insurable driving record
  • At least 3 months of heavy equipment experience
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions and work safely
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Physical Requirements
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
