Perform highway design, street design and civil heavy infrastructure designs in accordance with all applicable codes, government standards and project requirements, including AASHTO Green Book, AASHTO Roadside Design Guide, AASHTO Guide for Development of Bicycle Facilities, Highway Safety Manual and Highway Capacity Manual; Develop detailed traffic control plans using MUTCD; Manage sub-consultants, conduct site and field inspections monitoring budgets, schedules and quality, performing quantity take-off and cost estimating, draft reports and technical proposals, review of shop and working drawings, structure inspection and rating computations. Supervise, mentor, and provide training to junior engineers, reviewing work to ensure quality control and professional growth.
