What your day to day might look like:

  • Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
  • Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
  • Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
  • Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
  • Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
  • Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables

  • Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
