Job description
- Maintain and update monthly company scorecards and operational reports.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple internal sources.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and tracking tools.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and visibility
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with monthly maintenance of the company’s Operations amp; Compliance Manual.
- Document workflows, policies, and operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with department leaders to ensure operational documents are current
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and itineraries, including CEO and Director of Strategic Partnerships.
- Provide scheduling and administrative support.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and exhibits.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and action-item tracking.
- Maintain organization of follow-up items, commitments, deadlines, and leadership priorities
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain ordering of office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate company newsletters and internal communications.
- Update website content as needed.
- Assist with marketing collateral and organizational announcements.
- Coordinate with external vendors when appropriate.
- Maintain and update Salesforce records and tracking tools, ensuring accurate data, timely follow-up, and reliable reporting.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and commitments.
- Coordinate activities across departments.

- Support execution of key organizational priorities.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, or executive support roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating SOPs, newsletters, presentations, or marketing materials preferred.
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or multi-site operations experience preferred.
- Maintains highly accurate reporting and scorecards.
- Creates and updates SOPs and operational documentation.
- Ensures executives remain organized and informed.
- Builds strong working relationships with internal teams, leadership, external vendors, and health center partners
