Life Enhancement Specialist | Highgate Senior Living – Temecula, CA

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

Implement an engaging social program for residents in assisted living and memory care. You’ll support small and large group activities, events, and daily opportunities to learn, move, and connect.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Facilitate purposeful activities and encourage resident participation.

Coordinate calendars, supplies, and community spaces.

Document attendance and gather resident feedback.

Promote wellness through movement, mindfulness, and creativity.

Support outings, celebrations, and intergenerational events.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Confidence engaging with seniors one-on-one and in groups.

Creativity to make activities inclusive and fun.

Clear, persuasive communication and comfort using social media.

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Team player who brings positive energy and follow-through.

RELATABLE EXPERIENCE

Activities, recreation, events, or hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 18 years of age.

One or more years of experience in customer service, events, or leading groups.

Current negative TB test.

Ability to pass required background screening.

Valid driver’s license with a qualifying driving record.
