About the role

Prepare delicious, resident-centered meals that nourish body and soul.

You’ll work alongside the culinary team to deliver a five-senses dining experience in a positive, learning-focused kitchen.

What you’ll do

· Prepare and present quality meals according to menus and standards

· Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines

· Assist with inventory, labeling, storage, and kitchen organization

· Support menu execution and special diets as directed by the chef

· Engage with residents to gather feedback and elevate dining experiences

· Contribute to a calm, efficient kitchen focused on hospitality

Skills & attributes

· Thoughtful, creative approach to cooking and presentation

· Solid safety and sanitation habits; calm under pressure

· Skilled in varied cooking techniques; eager to learn and improve

· Team-oriented with strong customer service focus

· Adaptable to resident needs and preferences
