What is a highest STNA?

The term 'Highest STNA' typically refers to State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) who have reached the top levels of experience, skill, or recognition within their field. STNAs are healthcare professionals certified to provide basic care to patients in settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, and long-term care facilities, particularly in the state of Ohio. What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)?

To thrive as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you need a solid understanding of basic patient care, infection control, and vital sign monitoring, along with completion of a state-approved training program and passing the state certification exam.
