Compensation Information:

  1. Commission-based pay on services. Depending on experience level and audition results, our commission range is: 33% - 45% 
     
  2. Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses
     
  3. Luxury-level service pricing. Our luxury brand experience offers higher pricing, which results in higher earnings for our team:
    Haircuts range in price from $72 - $120+ and Base Color services range from $90-$131+. (Pricing level is based on multiple factors including skill and location market)
     
  4. Employees are paid an hourly rate of $18.50 for any initial onboarding/training. 


This position offers a hiring bonus program paying $1,000 - $2,500 for qualified full-time candidates. Part-time candidates are eligible for a prorated amount.  


We are looking for those who offer:

  • Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license
  • Expertise in hair services (2+ years of experience providing services in a high-end environment)
  • Excellent customer service
  • Expertise in tailoring product recommendations to individual needs
  • Assistance with salon operations when time allows, to maintain the flow of the guest experience
