• Conduct thorough assessments and tailor individualized therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain precise and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support clients in developing actionable strategies and coping mechanisms for lasting behavioral change, creating a safe space for sharing and growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to remain updated on best practices in mental health care.

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor at Higher Health Recovery Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied client demographic. This includes adolescents facing anxiety and depression, couples dealing with relational issues, and families navigating life transitions. Our clinic targets underserved populations, particularly those from low-income backgrounds, providing you with the chance to make a significant difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active mental health licensure in Pennsylvania, such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid grasp of therapeutic methodologies and client engagement.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and an understanding of remote counseling guidelines.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and the ability to address a variety of mental health disorders.
• Prior experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations is considered a plus.

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and disability insurance.
