Assistant General Manager Job requirements:

• 2-3 current years as an Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
• Energetic people who love to work in a fun-filled and high-energy atmosphere

Must be able to SMILE at all times, especially at the register during order taking!

Reliable transportation

Valid State Motor Vehicle Operations Driver's License and good driving record

Punctual and Good Attendance

Flexibility to work day, mid, night AND weekend hours

Ability to multi-task and move at a fast pace

Ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation in a positive and collective manner

Serve Safe Certified

Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other operating computer software systems

Must be able to operate a cash register

Safe Knowledge of basic mathematical skills including cash handling policies and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional Employee Relation Skills both communication and written

High sense of energy and dedication to customer service principles and team building

Maintain strong track record of leadership or managerial skills

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are necessary

Requires frequent standing, walking, bending stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds, repetitive hand and wrist motion.
