Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's.

Lead a high-performing team in a lively environment, leading 3-4 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. Sales representatives enjoy the benefit of uncapped commission, meaning that the more they sell, the higher their earnings-and yours as well! On average, the team can finalize a sale in under 10 minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers!
