Secondary Science Teacher

Job Summary

At Mesorah High School for Girls, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Science Teacher to join our team of educators. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students, providing a high-quality education that prepares them for success in their future endeavors. Responsibilities

  • Teach Physics or Engineering to students in grades 10 and Chemistry to students in grade 11, afternoons M-Th

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards

  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth

  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration

  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school-wide initiatives

Requirements
