The Sustainable Community School Site Coordinator leads the day-to-day implementation of theSustainable Community Schools strategy at Chicago Arts High School, a Chicago PublicSchool.The Site Coordinator is an employee of the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance and serves as the primaryliaison among PRAA, Chicago Arts High School leadership, teachers, students, families,community members, partner organizations, and other relevant CPS stakeholders. TheCoordinator is responsible for building relationships, facilitating collaborative planning,coordinating programs and services, monitoring grant implementation, supporting data collectionand reporting, and advancing the continuous improvement of the SCS initiative.This is a full-time, fully in-person PRAA position primarily based at Chicago Arts High School.The position will also require regular work at PRAA facilities, community locations, partnerites, and other locations throughout Chicago as needed.The successful candidate will be a highly organized, collaborative, and relationship-centeredprofessional who can bring diverse stakeholders together around a shared vision for studentsuccess.
