Monday to Friday (Saturday and worknights available)

Morning Shift from 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Window washing technicians perform general window cleaning while using brushes, sponges, or wet cloths to apply soapy water or other cleaning solutions to exterior building surfaces. Following the application of cleaning products, technicians are responsible for drying the wet glass with a cloth or squeegee. Pressure cleaning professionals independently operate high-pressure cleaning equipment and wash areas assigned to them. This can include using various cleaning materials to achieve the desired results of cleaning and sanitation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Use either a Rope Descent System or scaffolding to reach outside windows up to 500 feet for cleaning or hold and maneuver up to 60’ of watered extension poles (~25 pounds) to clean third and fourth floor windows from the ground.
  • Setup and climb ladders to reach second and third story windows.
  • Work with and/or transport mildly abrasive chemically based cleaning solutions such as chlorine and ammonia

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Good communication and customer services skills
  • Availability, if needed, for overtime and occasional weekend or night work
  • Valid Driver’s license is preferred

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry ~50 pounds regularly and repeatedly throughout the workday, carrying equipment up flights of stairs and fixed ladders.
  • Work at heights of up to 500 feet
  • Wear latex gloves or other protective clothing/equipment
  • Stand or walk for up to two hours at a time.
  • Repetitively stoop, kneel, climb, and reach
  • Work outside in all seasons
