Job description

High Rise Crew Leader for Commercial Exterior Building Services
Responsibilities
  • Proactively maintain positive communication between management and hourly team members ensuring all are kept fully informed.
  • Manage information, communication and activity relating to the scope of supply including aspects such as:
    • Project status - progress
    • Quality/Risk assessments
    • Safety
    • Contract - SOW compliance
  • Work with managers and support personnel to enable successful project completion to time/budget, cost, scope, safety, and quality.
  • Manage all projects with adherence to company procedures.
  • Identify project risks and ensure mitigation is applied. Inform department managers of any areas of special difficulty, delineate problems and as necessary refer to appropriate managers for a solution.
  • Monitor work activity and progress in conjunction with the appropriate manager/function head to ensure all projects run within requirements and plan.
  • When necessary, discuss and establish work priorities with management.
  • Manage and communicate all elements of change control. Ensure the work scope does not change without client and management acceptance of change to value and time as necessary.

Requirements
  • Commercial high-rise experience required.
  • Minimum of 5-years of experience in field operations.
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Some college and/or certifications preferred.
  • Team player with independent resourcefulness.
  • Management skills and ability to mentor.
  • Knowledge of regulatory commercial window washing and power washing protocols and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
  • Valid Auto Insurance coverage.
