About Us

Trillium Mechanical Services Inc. is a non-union mechanical service company specializing in plumbing and HVAC solutions for high-rise residential and commercial buildings across the Greater Toronto Area. Our reputation is built on technical expertise, reliability, and high-quality workmanship. We’re looking for Licensed Plumbers who take pride in their craft and want to grow within a professional, team-focused environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Plumbers (306A) to perform service, maintenance, and repair work on plumbing systems in high-rise residential and commercial properties throughout the GTA. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a licensed plumber are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, service, and maintain plumbing systems in high-rise and commercial properties
  • Diagnose and repair circulating and sump pumps
  • Clear blocked drains using drain machines and CCTV pipe inspection tools
  • Install and maintain plumbing fixtures (tubs, showers, taps, toilets, etc.)
  • Service and install potable water and drain piping systems
  • Perform maintenance and repair on backflow prevention devices (preferred, not required)
  • Complete accurate service reports and communicate effectively with office staff
  • Participate in on-call emergency rotation as scheduled
  • Adhere to all company and safety policies

Qualifications

  • Valid 306A Plumbing License – required
  • Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License – clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required)
  • Minimum 2 years of licensed plumbing experience – preferred
  • High-rise and/or commercial service experience strongly preferred
  • Backflow certification – preferred, not required
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
  • Must pass a background check

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, with potential overtime, weekends, and on-call rotation
