Location: Lexington & Central Kentucky
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work
Hours: Flexible schedule; overtime available
Pay: $18/hour and $150 biweekly gas allowance

RamClean is seeking an experienced Lead Cleaner / Floater to support our Operations Team throughout the Lexington and Central Kentucky region. This is an ideal opportunity for a dependable, hardworking commercial cleaning professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is looking for long-term career growth.
As a Lead Cleaner / Floater, you will play a critical role in supporting existing customer accounts, assisting with new account startups, and providing coverage when team members are unavailable. No two days are the same, and your flexibility and leadership will directly contribute to our success.
What You'll Do
  • Provide cleaning support at commercial facilities throughout the Central Kentucky area, including:
    • Lexington, KY
    • Frankfort, KY
    • Georgetown, KY
    • Nicholasville, KY
    • Other locations throughout Central Kentucky
  • Fill in for team members during vacations, absences, and staffing shortages
  • Assist with onboarding and servicing new customer accounts
  • Perform routine and specialty commercial cleaning tasks
  • Communicate effectively with Operations Management and field staff
  • Help maintain RamClean's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Travel Requirements
This position requires daily travel to various customer locations. Candidates must have:
  • A reliable vehicle
  • A valid driver's license
  • A good driving record
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Central Kentucky area

You will receive a $150 biweekly gas allowance.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience
  • Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and occasional weekends
  • Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate professionally with management and fellow team members
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience
  • Window cleaning experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
