Special Services Technician

Elite Commercial Cleaning Team | Specialty Services Division

Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: FullTime

About the Role

This is not a standard janitorial position.

We are hiring for our Special Services Division, an elite field team responsible for specialty cleaning, project work, floor care, deep cleaning, operational support, and highpriority facility needs.

This role is for individuals who take pride in quality work, can operate with a high level of independence, and are comfortable working in dynamic environments where expectations are high and standards matter.

Job ResponsibilitiesSpecial Services Work

Floor care (strip & wax, scrub & recoat, burnishing)

Carpet extraction and deep carpet cleaning

High dusting and detailed cleaning

Window cleaning

Postconstruction cleanup

Deep restroom restoration

Pressure washing (where applicable)

Setup, operation, and basic maintenance of cleaning equipment

Operational Support

Provide coverage and support during staffing shortages

Perform highlevel cleaning with minimal supervision

Conduct basic inspections and identify quality issues

Help maintain customer satisfaction and service standards


Qualifications
  • Prior janitorial, custodial, floor care, or specialty cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
