As we continue expanding, we're looking for a Lead Technician to join our Colorado team — someone who thrives in the field, leads with integrity, and sees every job as an opportunity to impress.
 

What You’ll Do as a Lead Technician:
 

  • Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing with attention to detail and efficiency
     
  • Lead field crews, ensuring job quality, safety compliance, and excellent customer experiences
     
  • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for customers
     
  • Identify and suggest relevant upsells (e.g., gutter cleaning, pressure washing, screen repair) to enhance the customer’s service
     
  • Schedule future appointments and recurring services when appropriate
     
  • Train and mentor new technicians, ensuring quality standards and team growth
     
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safety and reliability
     
  • Track and manage inventory (tools, supplies, cleaning solutions)
     
  • Prep vehicles, tools, and materials the evening prior to ensure readiness for each job
     
  • Communicate job updates and issues with the operations team
     
  • Uphold Sparkle Squad’s high standards for professionalism, teamwork, and service

  • Has prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or a similar trade (preferred)
     
  • Is ready for a leadership role and thrives in a hands-on environment

  • Is confident discussing service options and recommending additional services
     
  • Can manage scheduling needs on-site and coordinate with the office as needed
