Job description

A Concierge & Valet Services Associate is a customer service professional who serves as the visible point person for a high-rise residential community. This role combines the traditional responsibilities of a concierge with valet service duties to provide a seamless, upscale experience for residents and guests. The associate is available to always assist, offering personalized support, local area expertise, and hands-on service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Welcome and Greet: Warmly welcomes residents, guests, and visitors to the facility, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Valet Services:
    • Safely Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
    • Maintain valet logs and ensure proper handling of keys.
    • Assist with loading/unloading luggage or packages as needed.
  • Resident Support:
    • Receive and manage package deliveries at the front desk.
    • Coordinate dry cleaning pickup/drop-off and other personal errands.
    • Create reservations for building amenities (e.g., lounge, fitness center, guest suites).
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform various administrative and managerial tasks in support of the facility's mission.
    • Maintain accurate records and logs related to concierge and valet services.
  • Local Expertise: Provide directions and recommendations for dining, entertainment, and services in the surrounding area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills
