S&K Building Services is growing fast-and we're looking for thrill seekers and precision pros to join our elite high-rise team. If working hundreds of feet above the city, secured by professional rope descent systems, sounds exciting, this job was made for you. You'll tackle skyscrapers, deliver crystal-clear results, and represent a company that puts safety, training, and advancement first.
What You'll Do
  • Perform high-rise window cleaning using rope descent systems
  • Operate water-fed poles and professional cleaning tools
  • Communicate with clients and deliver spotless results
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and high safety standards
What You Bring
  • High-rise or rope-based experience is a plus, but not required-we provide training.
  • Comfort working at extreme heights whether on ropes or on lifts and ladders
  • Valid driver's license & strong work ethic
  • Team-first attitude and professional presence
