Job Description

The Roofing Technician installs commercial roofing systems and sheet metal components on a variety of building types, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety and construction standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install commercial roofing systems on buildings according to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Install and secure sheet metal roofing and related components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Use hand tools and construction equipment safely and effectively during roofing and sheet metal installation.
  • Follow construction plans and instructions to complete roofing projects accurately and on schedule.
  • Work on outdoor job sites in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and productivity.
  • Inspect work areas and materials to ensure proper installation and quality of roofing and sheet metal systems.
  • Collaborate with crew members to coordinate tasks and complete daily project goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle tools and equipment responsibly.

Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
