This service includes window washing, façade cleaning, and maintenance tasks performed at significant heights using specialized equipment like suspended platforms, rope access, or bosun’s chairs. High rise cleaners are trained in safety protocols and use industry-standard tools to ensure both thorough cleaning and worker safety. The work often requires compliance with strict safety regulations and may be scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize disruption. High rise cleaning is essential for building maintenance, aesthetics, and the longevity of exterior surfaces.

About Company

In 2000, three friends looked at Philadelphia’s rapidly expanding real estate market and saw that something was lacking: the existing cleaning industry could not meet the standards of the high-end commercial, retail, residential, and green building sectors.

Together, they resolved to fill that niche and founded KassCon, a business dedicated to providing professional cleaning and exceptional concierge service to the sophisticated corporate customers moving into Center City’s high-rise office complexes and condominiums.
