Job description

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This position involves cleaning exterior glass and building surfaces on commercial high-rise properties using Rope Descent Systems (RDS) and other access methods. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights, committed to safety, and capable of performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-rise window cleaning using Rope Descent Systems (RDS).
  • Follow all OSHA, ANSI, and company safety procedures.
  • Conduct pre-job safety inspections and equipment checks.
  • Set up, inspect, and maintain rope access equipment and fall protection systems.
  • Clean exterior windows, glass facades, architectural metal, and other building surfaces.
  • Complete daily work reports and safety documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, property managers, and team members.
  • Assist with additional exterior building maintenance services as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work suspended on ropes for several hours.
  • Excellent balance and physical stamina.
  • Comfortable working in high places and challenging environments.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Comfortable working at heights
