We are seeking an experienced, licensed Electrical Engineer P.E. to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with a Florida P.E. license and a strong background in electrical design for residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise projects. Candidates must have experience working for MEP engineering firms in the U.S.

Active Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Experience working for MEP engineering firms
Strong experience with residential and commercial building projects
High-rise building design experience required
Advanced proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD/CAD
Strong understanding of electrical engineering design, codes, and standards
Spanish bilingual skills preferred
Lead electrical engineering and design for residential and commercial building projects
Develop electrical plans, specifications, calculations, and construction documents
Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and clients
Review designs and provide technical guidance to project teams
Maintain strong client relationships and respond effectively to project needs
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineering staff
Ensure projects are completed on time or ahead of schedule and meet quality standards
This is a leadership-track position for an experienced engineer with the potential to become the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department within approximately one year.
