Work Schedule:

This position supports a 24/7 plant operation. Open availability is required. Work schedules may vary depending on operational needs and may include:

  • 4/10 schedule (day or night shifts)

  • 5/40 schedule (swing shift: 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:30 PM or night shift: 11:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM)

  • 4/10 alternate schedule:

    • Saturday & Sunday โ€“ 12-hour shifts

    • Monday & Tuesday โ€“ 8-hour shifts (AM or PM)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stationary Engineer โ€“ High Pressure/Boiler Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of high-pressure steam boilers, chillers, air compressors, and other critical systems within a central utility plant.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers (manual and automatic).

  • Regulate temperature controls, draft fans, and natural gas or fuel feeds.

  • Monitor and adjust fire control systems, water treatment levels, and pressure gauges.

  • Inspect and maintain pumps, injectors, emission control devices, and automated equipment.

  • Conduct functional tests and post-repair performance checks on boiler systems.

  • Operate chillers, air compressors, and other plant utility systems.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.


Qualifications:
  • Required: Experience operating high-pressure boilers.

  • Required: Experience operating chillers.

  • Must be able to work any assigned shift as needed to support 24/7 operations.

  • No degree required; hands-on experience is essential.
