Graphics Design:
โ€ข Design and produce high-quality and modern visuals for events, digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, and print collateral.
โ€ข Develop infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics to support marketing and communication strategies.
โ€ข Maintain and update brand guidelines as they evolve and brand consistency across all visual assets.
โ€ข Collaborate with your management and peers to conceptualize creative ideas.
Digital Marketing Support:
โ€ข Assist with creating digital assets for paid media campaigns, newsletters, and product launches
โ€ข Optimize images, layouts, and design elements for web and mobile platforms and digital displays for events
โ€ข Stay current on industry design trends, web standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Education and Experience
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
โ€ข Familiarity with UX/UI design
โ€ข Experience with motion graphics and editing (Adobe Premiere, Capcut, etc.)
โ€ข 2+ years of professional experience in both graphic design and website management.
โ€ข Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or equivalent.
โ€ข Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., Ghost.io, WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, or Shopify).
โ€ข Understanding of AI augmented workflows and the importance of the AI tools for efficiency
Preferred:
โ€ข Knowledge of HTML, and CSS
โ€ข AI and HPC industry or related background
Ability to assist with event and tradeshow photography and videography
