We are a high performing, high level independent shop with 8 locations in Minnesota. We are always busy, 1200+ cars per month. Our best technicians produce 52+ or more hours per week. We have a great culture and team atmosphere. We are looking for great technicians to join our team and help us continue to offer high level service and repairs. Our people are the backbone of our shops, and we are looking for leaders with great potential to join us!

Auto Technician Requirements

·         Must have a valid drivers license

·         Must have own tools

·         Have good problem-solving skills

·         Be willing to work hard and be open minded

·         Enjoy working on cars

·         Medium to high level mechanical skills (i.e. brakes, tires, oil changes, suspension repair, diagnostic, wiring)

·         ASE Certifications are helpful (will train and pay to become certified)

·         Solid diagnostic skills/Scan Tool Experience (Scan tools provided)

·         Good with computers

·         Solid team attitude

·         Willingness to train, learn and improve skills

Pay
