WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?
KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident, high-character kids. We do this in weekly, 45 minute developmentally-appropriate classes. Each class includes unique science-based fitness games led by highly trained, kid-focused coaches.
ROLE & SCHEDULE
We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals with an athletic, coaching, or child development background who are passionate about helping kids grow. Ideal candidates have experience working with children from crawling through 11 years old and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a KidStrong Coach, you'll lead high-energy classes focused on developing children's cognitive, physical, and character skills through our evolving, science-based curriculum. You'll also build strong relationships with parents by confidently explaining the "why" behind what we teach and how it supports their child's development. Classes are held weekdays from 9:00–11:00 AM and in the evenings until 7:00 PM. Weekend classes begin at 9:00 AM and run through lunchtime. Additional opportunities to increase your hours are available through camps, birthday parties, and special events.
Experience as a pediatric OT, PT, teacher, personal trainer, or youth sports coach is a plus but it's not required. If you're passionate about coaching kids and making a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you!

CURRENT SHIFT OPENINGS: 
Candidate must be available to work some / all of the following shifts to be considered:
- Weekdays: 8:30 - Noon
- Weekday evenings: 3:45pm-7:30pm
- Saturday: 8:45am-1:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm (as needed for parties), 5:30pm-7:30pm (as needed for parties)
- Sunday: 8:45am - 1:15
This is a part-time position, with most coaches working 10–20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available depending on the season and class schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
Must be 17 or older 
- Passion for working with children is non-negotiable! 
- Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred 
- Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum 
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics 
- CPR certified 
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills 
- Self-starter who just gets a job done
