Personal Lines Account Manager/Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager or Account Executive to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business with $300k+ in revenue, focusing on High Net Worth (HNW) and Standard Personal Lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, cross-selling, and upselling.
Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 for Account Manager; up to $75,000 for Account Executive (based on experience and book size).
  • Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
  • Additional Perks: Opportunity for professional growth within a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a book of business with $300k+ in revenue.
  • Provide exceptional service to High Net Worth (HNW) clients and carriers.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business (20% new, 80% renewal).
  • Cross-sell and upsell Personal Lines products to existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both professionally and personally.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, with a focus on High Net Worth clients and carriers. Longevity in previous roles is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
    • Effective verbal communication skills with team members and clients.
  • Education: Not seeking recent graduates; prior industry experience is essential.
