Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Opportunity - Central Illinois

880K Base | 1M+ Potential | Built-In Patient Demand

A respected healthcare system in Central Illinois is seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join its orthopedic service line during a period of significant demand.

As a result, there is over a one-year waitlist for new spine patients, providing an incoming surgeon with immediate volume and the ability to quickly build a thriving practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who wants practice autonomy, strong compensation, and the ability to truly make the program their own.


Compensation & Incentives:


  • 880,485 base salary
  • 1M+ earning potential
  • 75,000 sign-on bonus
  • 10,000 relocation assistance
  • 150,000 financial support

Schedule & Practice Details:


  • Primarily spine-focused practice
  • 2 days OR / 2.5 days clinic / 1 split day
  • ER call ~10 days/month + call for own patients
  • Full hospital spine privileges
