Job description

Welcome to The Bizarre Agency!

We've recently partnered with a major new nonprofit client in Miami, and we're building 2โ€“3 high-performance marketing teams around top local talent. This role starts at the entry level, but we invest in our people; top performers have the opportunity to move into a Managing Director position within 12 months. The pace is fast, but so is Miami, and our clients expect nothing less.

We're especially interested in candidates with a hospitality background or strong customer-service experience. But no specific experience is required as we provide full training. Miami's hospitality industry teaches people how to communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, adapt quickly, and build genuine connections, traits that translate directly into success in our marketing environment.

Our ideal candidate in Miami:

  • Passionate about the causes and communities we represent
  • Values integrity and professionalism
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
  • Strong communicator, comfortable engaging diverse Miami demographics
  • Competitive, energetic, fun, and excited to take on more responsibility over time
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Bachelor's in marketing or business, preferred but not required
  • Local to Miami or able to relocate within 2โ€“3 weeks

Responsibilities include:

  • Face-to-face fundraising on behalf of some of the world's biggest nonprofits
  • Set up and lead face-to-face marketing presentations on behalf of our nonprofit clients
  • Provide daily performance updates to team leads; weekly KPI reports to account managers
  • Build and manage strong community and site relationships across Miami-Dade
  • Travel for networking events once every 2โ€“3 months
  • Conduct monthly team presentations to track progress and performance
  • Stay up to date with client initiatives and campaign changes
  • Prepare local market research prior to new events
  • Suggest new revenue and outreach opportunities tailored to Miami communities

We're a fast-growing marketing startup in Miami, committed to building a strong foundation for long-term expansion. All team members receive paid training, a base salary, and eligibility for bonuses and benefits after 90 days.

We are hiring immediately!
