Position Overview:
As a Line Cook at Pinyon, you'll work at the center of the action in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. From the grill to sauté, pantry to plating, you'll execute dishes with consistency, speed, and care, ensuring every plate meets our exacting standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute menu items with precision according to recipes and plating standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
  • Physical stamina: able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
